Duty Roulette - low level - same dungeons???

I see the exact same garbage too. ALL THE TIME. I did my low level random yesterday. All 4 of us were relic geared, and we got Copperbell. Seriously, WTF.

If the dungeon was abandoned by the original people who entered the instance will stay open and continue trying to fill the empty rolls until it is completed or the time runs out and closes the instance.
