First: You can edit your post to get around the 1000 character limit.

    Second:
No, this would be a terrible plan. It's bad enough that you get like a 100% increase to xp earned once you have one class at 50. It destroys people learning to play a class. They walk into a 50 dungeon after leveling it entirely off of this "shared" experience, never having actually played the job and ...

They are straight garbage on it, making the whole run less effective at best, causing failure at worst.

You leveled drg to cap, xp share brd to cap w/o ever touching it. Get into AK, and because you don't know, properly, the mechanics behind being a good brd your dps is pure garbage, I had enough of these from ppl that leveled entirely on fate spam. The second dps in the group is a newly 50 mnk also from xp sharing, and doesn't know how to maintain GL effectively, or how to be a decent(not even good, just decent) mnk, also have seen plenty of these. Your tank and healer carry the dps, nobody is happy, people leave ...

Best thing SE has done to leveling so far is make dungeons viable, and fates a little less so. What they should have done was nerf fates to be equal to dungeons so that people would actually spend a little longer learning and mastering a job before hitting 50. What they did wasn't too bad though.
