Electrowitch was incorrect Gandora.
The slash resistance debuff applied by WAR increases your damage for slashing attacks by about 11%.
Slash resistance debuff is multiplicative to the maim buff, so there is no error in the numbers.
So you were fine with your initial statement.

butcher block combo'd with maim buff only: 313
Butcher block combo'd with maim buff + SE debuff: 355

355/313= 13%

Compensation for the fact that there is a damage range for attacks, this falls in line with the 11% damage buff that would result fromt he debuff

1/.9= 1.11 = 11% more damage to the target
