Cant find next main story quest

Hi guys, seem to be a bit stuck as i cant find my next story quest. The last completed main story quest is "the ul'dahn envoy".

I started playing as a hyur hylander pugilist in ul'dah but decided to play arcanist, went to limsa lominsa and started all the low level quests there. Once i got to lvl 15 which is what my pugilist was i realised i no longer had my story quest - not only that but i cant find it. Any ideas where it would be, or where to look? When i look up recommendations in either of those 2 cities no story quests pop up.... so now im stuck.

Where is the last place the envoy mission sent you? I think it's gridania for ul'dah. There >should< be a person near the conjurer's guild in Gridania.

If you have airships unlocked, you have completed "The Ul'dahn Envoy" as you say.
Next would be "Call of the Sea (Ul'dah)" issued by the Serpent Officer in Old Gridonia (8, 11).
This will send you to Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (When leaving the airships, go to The Drowning Wench) and talk to Baderon at (7, 5).
This will start you on the quest "It's Probably Pirates" to queue to Sastasha.

Thanks so much for the help, next step was to delete the character and re-start as i probably spent as much time in game and online looking for the next quest as it took me to get to 15 lol. Didnt think to look all through girdania - checked it briefly by getting off the airship and chckiing recommendations, just wasnt aware that old girdania wouldnt be included in that list. Alll sorted now, thanks again!

Did you visit all 3 main cities as envoy? If not then yes get airship to gridania. To do so go speak to the lift guy at bulwalk, lift to airship landing and speak to the ticket seller who should have a story quest mark overhead.
