Lvl 20 thm Quest bugged

Was attempting to do the lvl 20 thm quest yesterday and cannot commence the duty. Threat of Perplexity is the quest and I always get an error message A System error occurred during event movement.
I tried to cancel and try again with no luck even seen another player there that seemed to have same issue. I was hoping to get to blm soon but if cannot do this quest well out of luck I guess.
