Macro/Crossbar layout help needed

I'm a warrior, but macros are the same in any case. the reason its not firing off is your GCD, or Global Cool Downs. You need to add a /wait 3 between the lines of the actions, to counteract the GCD. and here is a very useful link to several macros some people like, and another post on the forums. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...=1#post1598601
A macro i would reccomend is one i use for my heavy swing though. i use the items listed in a specific order to place them to activate correctly. For a paladin, try this.. line 1: /micon "Fast Blade" line 2: /ac "Spirits Within" <t>
line 3: /ac "Fast Blade" <t> line 4: /ac "Shield Lob" <t> This macro will allow you to reactive all in 1. if SW is up, it will use it first. if youre in melee range it will Fast Blade, if youre out of melee range it will Shield Lob. Then make your second macro for the rest of your combo line 1: /micon "Rage of Halone" line 2: /ac "Savage Blade" <t> line 3: /wait 3 line 4: /ac "Rage of Halone" <t>
As for actions other than ones on GCD, depending on the length of the animation, will require /wait 1 or /wait 2 between them
