Do 6 Quicktongue I Materia Equal 2 Quicktongue III Materia?

Hello,
I need to meld 2 Quicktongue III materia onto an Erudite's Picatrix Of Healing for my SCH relic quest. I have a stack of Quicktongue I materia. I was wondering if I could hire someone to meld 2 Quicktongue III to the book or if they can use forbidden materia melds & meld numerous Quicktongue I materia? I was curious if this could be done & if it would count for a melded book that I can hand to the relic NPC? So do 6 Quicktongue I materia equal 2 Quicktongue III materia? I only have fishing & culinarian so I don't really know about melding.

No. Has to be T3 materia, and besides the most you can meld onto any piece is 5 materia anyway.

You can fit up to 5 materia on a single piece of equipment, so 6 is already out of the question. As for quests, they look for specific materia, not the stats. So in your example, the quest will accept only a picatrix with two Quicktongue IIIs.
