    The HQ is only double instead of triple exp over the NQ, but the NQ has been doubled for all leves (single or triple turn in).

    This means your HQ turn in is worth 33% more than it was before the patch.

    They never said the reason, but I'm sure it's because of the people leveling their crafts without crafting. Now you'll get about as much exp from making it yourself and turning in some NQ and some HQ as you would from handing someone else the stuff and having them do it for you.

    I was on the tail end of my crafts the few I did the days after I was getting more xp.

    I think this update just boosts NQ so you don't feel the NEED to turn in HQ ALL the time. So if your not making HQ consistently you can still get decent xp for your leve and don't feel like you wasted materials.

    I really want to know why the Luminaries tables are plain looking.

    One way to look at the luminary tables, Legend, is the same way that /visor does for old pieces of headgear.
    They're old gear, which making new animations for would be more work than it is actually worth. They'd rather focus on new gear
