[PS3] I don't get experience points for killing monsters

Time: This bug exists all the time so specific time of occurence isn't important. First this bug occured when quests with Lightning become available.
Frequency: All the time
World name: Odin
Character name: Sollen Fae'the
Race: Miqo'te
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: all
Class/Level: Main class -Gladiator 27
Party or solo: Solo - but it is not connected with the bug
In-game time: Doesn't matter - bug occures all the time
Area and coordinates: All areas connected with the 3 main cities by any type of gate (standard gate or boat gate) (Ul'dah, Limsa Lominsa and Gridania) - I really checked this.
Steps:
1. I don't get experience points after killing monsters.
2. This problem occurs only in all areas connected with 3 main cities.
3. For example - in Central Thanalan I attack Star Marmot and after killing it I get loot but I don't get experience points. This bug only occurs in areas connected with 3 main cities - so for example in Eastern Thanalan for killing monsters I get experience.
4. This problem is not related to my class or lvl - I changed to Conjurer (lvl 13) and I also didn't get experience for killing monsters.
5. This problem is not related to Duty Finder - there I also gain standard experience.
6. With FATE on areas connected with 3 main cities - I get experience for FATE at the end but I don't get experience during FATE for killing monsters.
7. I checked it - with creating new character - and the problem not occured - so it is connected only with my main character.
8. This problem is connected only with battle classes - for crafting or gathering I get standard experience. I don't get exerience only for killing monsters.

Dear SE I gave you all requested data - So I beg you to correct this BUG - it takes away all of the fun of playing and developing my character.

I hate to say it, but that's definitely not a bug, but working as intended - your problem is the enemies you're fighting are far too low level for your current level. Enemies will only give exp up to about five levels below your current level. Anything lower is classed, to borrow a term from FFXI, as 'too weak', and hence will not give you exp at all. The zones immediately surrounding the three cities mostly (with some exceptions), only have enemies around level 3-6. Even a level 13 CNJ will not get exp from this.

Hence all you can do is move to another zone that has enemies closer to your level (at level 27 you should be in zones away from the main cities, like Eastern La Noscea or the South Shroud). The only other way to get exp when you're too high level from lower level enemies is if you're in a lower level dungeon or FATE that allows you to 'level sync' down to that level, which reduces your HP and stats accordingly to compensate temporarily.

So basically, you're fighting enemies which are just too low level for you - you will have to move to another area and fight enemies within your level range.

Please tell me - was this always like this - I though that earlier I get experience even for low lvl enemies. Really - I am quite sure that I get some.
