Vote Kick Can Bypass Lockout

I will often enter and if its one of the new ones ask to be kicked and most of the party agrees as it seems many others hate the new dungeons too.

Careful, this would be an abuse of the kick system and will get your reported at some point.

-If you are vote kicked from a duty, you will not have a 30 minute lockout.
-Once any member of a duty has been vote kicked, anyone else is free to leave without a 30 minute penalty.

Wanted to add a couple of things here that I have noticed.

If a member has been Vote Dismissed and the party refills the ranks, leaving the party will result in the 30min lockout.

Since there is no lockout applied to the Dismissed player, they are free to re-queue for the same dungeon they were just in. If they apply the "In Progress" option, it is possible for them to rejoin the same party from which they were dismissed. Not likely to happen depending on the role, but I have first-hand experience seeing this happen.
