Spell Speed vs Crit vs DET for BLMs....

So we all see the excel sheets & it does appear SpellSpeed builds are slightly better in pure DPS for us BLM's..

1) How do you feel about stacking SpellSpeed & the current changes to how the 2nd mana tick works, would slowly down SPSD for an RNG boost via crit be actually better for overall DPS due to the way the 2nd mana tick now works or will you still need a filler inbetween both ticks such as Thunder or Blizzard?

2) How do you feel the Real Battle scenarios come to play in the DPS gains between SpellSpeed and crit or det? Do you think Spell Speed prevails due to the quicker spells since our biggest weakness is spell interruption via movement? Or is it so minor crit prevails when we get those Huge crits after actually being able to fire said spell?

I'm kind of torn between both styles, and I'm trying to formulate what I want to do, SpellSpeed or Crit. I'm torn between the two and their real world applications, not just a spreadsheet with 50,000 spells on a immobile target.

I stacked spellspeed primary with crit as secondary focus.Works like a charm for me.on battles with lots of dodging you can more reliably dps,and if you have crit as secondary focus you will have more chances for critting.i got 568ss with food,works awesome.and if someone uses selene,spellspeed becomes 750+.dps get retarted mode right there.
Crit focus works also.im just sayin from someone that stacked more ss than crit.
If yo had elder staff ((crit focus)) with some melds/crit pieces it would work beautifully too

If I didnt have to move so much then maybe I would value SS the most. Since that's not the case, I put the most value in crit. I didn't even pay attention to DET to be honest. I mean it's there naturally from the i90 i have, but the crit is the only number i payed attention. Can put me at the top of dps when there's little to no movement for a bit (for the whole battle pre 2.1), or can just be highly appreciated when trying to hurry and burn a boss down, or being mobile and firing a firestarter for crit dmg (love seeing F3 crits btw).
