You need to be in the 'Zone' as in 'South Shroud' or whatever.
You do not need to be anywhere near the actual fate ring/circle.

FATE ranking is based on Threat, not Damage.
FATE contribution doesn't reset when you leave the FATE circle, become unsynced, or even leave the zone entirely.
Behemoth and Odin are incredibly difficult to get Gold on. It's not uncommon to tag the boss, tank the boss and still get bronze or silver.
Healers were probably resurrecting you outside of the FATE circle so you wouldn't immediately die again when you were up.
You are 100% in the wrong here. Apologize and move on.
Are you seriously complaining that you died to Odin repeatedly, got raised repeatedly, and only got silver? You're lucky anyone took the time to raise you. That fight is chaos enough with DPS rushing headlong into Odin without letting a proper tank gain actual control of the situation, nevermind trying to find you amidst the pile of death surrounding him.
You didn't get Silver because healers kept being, as you seem to elude, malicious in raising you outside the FATE ... the FATE that frequently moves about due to the nature of the fight. You got Silver because you contributed, but not enough to merit Gold ... because the dead don't DPS.
I highly doubt anyone targeted you specifically for some kind of prank or joke, because there's too much going on during Odin to even be bothered otherwise.

1.) stop dying
2.) fate contribution doesn't reset even when you are out of it
3.) only one group can get gold in odin, claiming it first doesn't automatically give you a gold
4.) hate & damage are factors in fate contribution, with you dying so much you aren't contributing anyway
5.) Odin moves around often
6.) don't take raise from strangers, have your party members raise you
7.) stop dying

OP have you ever thought to stop and think that maybe they are standing outside of the fray to A) keep you from getting 1-shot again, and B) not die themselves. If there are no healers alive, where will you get your recovery?
In the real world, medics do their best work behind the lines where they can support everyone else and not die themselves. FATEs are already screwed up in that they don't award much to healers, so they are already going in gimped compared to DPS and tanks, so be grateful of them willing to out of their way to raise you since raising doesn't increase enmity (and thus, raising is simply out of the goodness of their heart since they are not getting any progression towards the FATE rewards for doing it).

And you're missing the point here too.Are you seriously complaining that you died to Odin repeatedly, got raised repeatedly, and only got silver? You're lucky anyone took the time to raise you. The reason I made this thread is not because I'm not satisfied getting just a Silver. I did get lots of Silver/bronze on Odin/Behemoth before. I might sulk, but I moved on.
What I find odd, and again I repeat, are the multiple raises outside FATE zone, which I felt 1st time since the history of me doing FATEs, especially Odin/Behemoth ones.
This is why the topic title are there. I'm suspecting achievement being exploited on other's expenses. If not for this achievement, I won't even bother making this thread in 1st place.
But... I do apologize if those healers intention were pure.

Behemoth and Odin do a lot of huge AOE damage. Healers are regularly killed in on shot if they're standing anywhere near.

You should be happy the healers were able to target you at all to raise you, instead of blaming them for the fate not going the way you wanted.
Didn't your parents ever tell you not to accept raises from strangers? And you're missing the point here too.

There's only an Achievement for the first raise and I think for 20 raises. People who main healers probably cap pretty quickly. Therefore it probably IS the kindness of strangers and not a desire for Achievements that compels people to raise you and any other players they see lying dead. Other people have answered why healers stand back from a Fate, but to chime in, if you are ranged you don't need to be up close and personal with the Fate boss.
