My fc is small with mostly new players, and trying to get anything done is impossible.

Want titan? Pay or ilvl90 (including weapon) and no blm/smn, melee dps only
Want coil? Pay or ilvl90 (blocked by above) and be experienced
Want Tower? Pay or ilvl90 and experienced players only
Want EX primals? Pay or ilvl90 AND experienced only
Want Ultima? Pay or ilvl90 and experienced only
Want Mog? Pay or ilvl90 and experienced only
Want PS or HM dungeons? ilvl90 and experienced
Want and endgame fc? ilvl90 and experienced in endgame only

and the best one

Want AK/WP? ilvl90 only

No wonder mmo populations go stagnant. lol

LOL who's requiring people to pay for ct run or req ilvl 90 for a level 50 dungeon? I wouldnt group with those people if the paid ME. Sound like morons.

I will say one thing, the ilvl requirements people have been setting for Garuda ExM on my server are ridiculous. ilvl 80+? I'm ilvl 77 and have experience of the fight. But now I can't get into groups because they want people in ilvl80-90. My friend is around ilvl 70-75, has done ExM countless times, and now he's got to a point where he can't get into groups because of their ilvl requirements. He even whispers them, but they ignore it. It's ridiculous... We haven't cleared it because of that problem. Or if we shout for a group, and queue, and get in there, tanks rage quit because they can't wrap their heads around the passing aggro bit. This is the only bit of content I've had problem with clearing, and it's mainly because I can't get a reliable group!

Honestly, do like I do. Form your own group and make a joke of all that "Must be over geared or don't /tell!" stuff in the process. My first CT run, I shouted "LFM Crystal Tower in part finder! Don't worry, we don't know the fights either!". And I filled up that group in no time and we completed the run (and had a lot of fun doing it). If you don't like people asking for ridiculous item levels and experience requirements, form your own group and make sure to state much lower expectations in the PF and also in your shouts. A lot of times, there are other players out there that would gladly join you if you make it clear you're not one of the people that won't reply to them unless they way over gear the content.

Yup I have seen this myself. I have also seen this crap in df to the point that if there is 2 of the same job they kick one of that job. Thankfully my FC we run it as a FC and only use df to see different strats or to just try something different. I see the vote kick abused more than it is used wisely.

If you see a group shouting and they say if you die more than 2 times it isnt worth going because everyone makes mistakes and everyone has different isp's. On the off chance some one is perfect I have yet to meet anyone that is but those that want perfection need to find some other hobby or not be human, cause NO ONE is perfect.
