    "Also, though I'm not in their FC, I know that Vixus of Trinity Star OMEGA has at least the healer Allagan Chest. Think maybe even the staff. I could be wrong. I run with them enough times though that I don't think I am wrong... So, they must have downed Turn 5, right? "

    they do not have the Allagan cane and the chest drops for t4

    I've actually never done Coil, so I didn't know for sure.
