need help!

hi everyone iv been having massive problems, i had to reinstall the game and it wont patch past 2010 09 18, it will just go to log in screen and after i log in and press play i just get a black screen, is there any other way i can install the patches?

I would hate to say re-install the game again, but is one of your limited options! xD If you cant figure it out, I would try contacting support...

I thought there was a way to get the patches alternatively via torrents or something but maybe I am just mixing it up with something else... Regardless it may be worth looking into.

if you use Google, you could find an off-site patch hosting service.

But for the record, do you know if your PC can even run the game?

black screen of death is a glitch i think. i got it at one point and had to reinstall.

use a torrent program to download your patches. utorrent works well.

I have gotten the black screen also, when my video card was not enough to run the game. This was in alpha and beta though, and haven't seen it since.

Also you're on wrong forum. This should go in Support -> technical support i guess.

I thought the patches were all inclusive...
meaning you only need the most recent patch, for which you can torrent it pretty easily...
