Commendation System: So who get's your vote?

I don't usually talk in PT's - for me as Tanking if I'm on it - I can't chat or I just lose focus. I try to pull fast and make sure that I'm not wasting anyone's time. I'll say Hi in the beginning but that's about it.

These are the aspects I look for in people too. Not everyone is a social butterfly. Some who are quiet are the best players. I simply choose people based on their skill. If they went out of their way for the mechanics of the fight then I'll give them an award.

This is how I feel. I had a archer beg for accomidations at the start of a run, then proceeded to ignore kill order, pull before tank and just play bad in general.
