Commendation System: So who get's your vote?

Hello!

During the creation of the Player Commendation system was being created, we planned to make it so you could vote for people even if they are no longer in the instance. However, we had to drop this from patch 2.1 as it involved making core system changes to the game itself. We are continuing to look into whether or not we can implement this in the future.

Could simply add a message with the check option of "Never showing this again" that simply states "Are you sure you wish to leave the instance without commending a player?" and if they hit yes they leave the instance, they hit no, then they can go commend a player.
