Trollthread lol
Definitely agree. A poster that comes to a thread and demands that every class be nerfed is either:
A: A troll
B: A soccer mom that also demands there will be no keeping score in the games so everyone is a winner and gets a trophy because her little Johnny has been fed with silver spoon and has no desire to place any effort into anything his entire lifetime and it would be unfair for him not to win automatically just for showing up.

How does it feel to see Yoshida openly state that SMN damage currently far exceeds that of other classes? All that "QQ" about SMNs being OP, and all the rude retorts from said SMNs. Turns out the "QQers" were right. Same with the people exploiting jumping excessively. More often than not, it's SMN/SCH/WHM that are abusing this! What a coincidence! Maybe we can see Holy nerfed down a bit too? Pretty ridiculous when a WHM can run in head first, and pull top DPS with Holy and Aero, because the enemy team is to crippled from stuns, slows, and sleeps of WHM/SMN/BLM teams.

I liek Fresh Meat
Let's just make a special pvp class with 1 ability and everyone just spams that. Perfect balance!

The hyperbole is amusing, but it doesn't change the fact that PvP is an abysmal joke in this game.
Continue to defend 30 second CC's and the plethora of other glaring issues though, by all means; it's amusing to those of us who have experienced decent PvP in other games.
And continue to whine about a 30 second cc when it occurs on BOTH sides of matches and is only used by a couple classes, has diminishing, is easily avoidable ( I watch my position with whm and blm on opposite team- how about you) and easily mitigated with an action that can be obtained by anyone with a few wins or by a number of actions including esuna and leeches. You can also use food buffs and materia to manage sleep. Let me guess- you have 30 second CC’s because your first choice was a dps option so you could scream about CCs being 30 seconds and unfair while pointing at your high dps at the end of a losing match? (continued from above) Wins are not all about just dps and perhaps purchasing purify first and avoiding those BLM and WHM’s instead of running right at them might do wonders for being a productive part of your team and understanding that sleep is not any more an issue than the advantages of other classes.
Yes, I am a BLM and those 30 second CC's impact me the same as anyone else.

@realistic1, Not every team has a BLM or WHM, so it isn't on both sides. Purify has a 4 minute cooldown. Healers are often targeted to interrupt and stun casting, so esuna/leeches are more often not an option. All the while, multiple members of your party are out of the fight for nearly a minute. It's not whining if there is a real problem. Back in WoW: Burning Crusade, Sap initially lasted for 1 minute on players. Polymorph lasted for 30 seconds on players. It didn't take too long for it to become a huge issue, and crowd controls were put on short durations for PvP for a good reason. Some team compositions had far too much control.
