Question about Veteran Rewards

I bought a subscription when the game first came out. for 1 month. I took a long time off, and came back due to 2.1, and bought another month. yet Ive only recieved the veteran reward for 1 month... why?

Do I have to purchase a full 3 month RIGHT AWAY, to get the 3 month veteran reward? If not, why did I only get a veteran reward for 1 month after Ive paid for 2 months so far? I don't get it..

yes any 3 month reward you'd have to purchase in one lot when you subscribe otherwise your subscription must remain monthly without halting to receive the rewards.

Damn.. Anyway to get my 2nd month of reward the 1st january? I only bought 1 month atm, is it possible to change that?

Your first month was the free one. Did you pay for one after your free trial month? If not you'll get your 2 month vet reward when the billing cycle rolls over. If you buy 3 months in advance you're technically getting 4 months which is why you get your 3 month vet reward immediately. Otherwise you're hitting 1 month anniversary when you get billed for month 2, 2 month anny when you're billed for month 3 etc. Because of that free first month the vet rewards are always on billing day for the following month.

1.0 subscriptions do not count. Anything behind the 2.0 free time does count as veteran reward. Anything before does not.

Okay I think I got it now. The payment should run automaticly when my current one runs out, so I will get the 2nd vet reward..
