Rank 2 Faction (Gear turn in)

So what the Faction point reward range you are given for turning in rare gears?

I know gear turn in for Faction points is basically unlimited (meaning easy faction points once rank 2) but range rate is not quite known yet.

If you mean Grand Company, and also mean turning in items for seals, AND also mean blue items, you can't. Only pink and green items can be turned in.

Pink and Green are Rare gears.

Blue are Unique Gears

Also the gear turn in is something you can do once you reach Rank 2 Faction level for each Beast Tribe.

You may want to check that, i'm rank two already and there's no such NPC to do so with.
