    Actually, you can freely move skills such as 'Guard' and 'Refill' to wherever you please by using text commands. For example, to move 'Refill' to the very last action slot on the action bar (third row, last column) you would type in: /eaction 30 "Refill"
    You can tie this to a macro as well. However, there needs to be a much, much easier way to do this that doesn't rely on text commands and makes is far more streamlined.

    Yes, you can swap, but you can't remove. I know it's stupid but I want to be able to remove Refill and Guard. It would make macro arrangement easier. It's no different from having abilities that require a particular class to use. The only reason I can see as to why they don't work that way is because they don't have an easy way to tie these abilities to multiple kinds of weapons (IE - Refill will work with guns, so it's kind of cross-class, and Guard is the same way).
