Constant 90000 disconnects in The Wolve's Den

The game runs perfectly fine with no D/C and 0 lag when I'm not in The Wolve's Den.
However, I usually d/c with 90000 error at least once per match in pvp.
The game doesn't lag or freeze prior to d/c's, it just black screens and 90000 error.
My internet is completely find because I'm still on my VoIP program talking when the d/c's happen.
I've already tried all the basic troubleshooting, closed all other background software running, etc.

Getting the same in Titan....frustrating, and as you say voip is fine, nothing wrong my end and it only started after the patch. Unfortunately there are several threads on the 90k issue, but no response so far.
