Try running as admin, the patching worked fine for me 15 mins ago.

Oh, I did read it properly, I assumed your wife logged in with a different computer. Guess check the mog station and see if your account has game time. Must be an issue with your account.

Delete folder c\documents\games\ffxiv
Macros and such will be lost, game should be fixed though.
