    What does this mean?

    "When using the Duty Finder, players are now unable to withdraw from combat." Dumb question but what does that mean exactly?

    It means, people that troll dungeons can't just start mobs/boss fights and suddenly leave the dungeon. Combat has to end either by death of the party or defeating the mobs/boss. There's been too many jerks that would troll dungeons/boss encounters with this method.
