    And, really, when you break it down to the extent that you have, everything in gaming is just a bunch of fetch quests. Once again, I'm VERY SORRY that you don't enjoy the content, and somehow found the time to go through the main story until you unlocked Mog, unlocked the Crystal Tower, finished the Hildibrand Quest, completed Copperbell and Haukke Manor Hard Modes, completed Pharos Sirius, beat Ultima Weapon, beat the Extreme Mode Primals and still had time to finish running Coil for the week, but...

    Unlocking Moogle - 90% fet- filler quests with no content, do 3 low level instances because we're out of ideas. 2 hours at most assuming you get into the instances right away.
    Copperbell - 1 hour.
    Haukke - 1 hour.
    Pharos Sirius - 1 hour.
    Crystal Tower - 1 hour to unlock, 90 minutes to run.
    Hildibrand - 1 hour, mostly filler.
    That's around 6-7 hours of content.
    The primals (including Ultima) are the only things that may take a while, and the length that takes depends on the motivation/skill of your group.
    This is certainly not a lot of content for a major patch.

    This game has an incredible amount of content. Now what most are saying is the lack of endgame content. Technically there are only 2 raids. They need to take the alliance gate off and tune Crystal palace difficulty a little harder and it would be an amazing raid. They also need at least another 8 man and I think game would be #1.

    Suuuuure it isn't. Sure. Increasing your potential dungeon runs per week by 150%, adding in a 24 man dungeon, extending the main storyline, increasing the number of endgame boss fights by 166.6%, adding in a brand new side story and padding the existing game with side quests among varying levels of experience isn't a lot of content at all. Especially when you take into account the fact that you're blatantly ignoring other, major components of the patch, like PVP and Beast Tribe Quests.

    Sorry, no sympathy here. If you've already done everything that the new patch has to offer and are bored, you've rushed the content and have nobody to blame but yourself. 2.1 might have its issues, but it's certainly not a lack of content.

    the pve content in this game lacks immersion any pve dungeon in this game is just a shadow of many other dungeons in other mmos and the bosses are to damn easy to beat... and the bosses themselves are bad, lack any real new models and pretty much share the same mechanics overall, they are just regular mobs scaled to bigger sizes and put in with a different name, SE is lazy to the point of not even making decent new models for the bosses...

    personnaly i think the new steps int he campaign were annoying and simply bad in a story perspective... if i didnt have to do it just to unlock king moogle i would leave it at that and not even do the main scenario, there is no reason to go around farming mats to make perfumes and stuff like what youre told to do...

    3 months or more developing 2.1 the least they could come up with was a decent storyline...

    You are burning through content too quickly. It isn't a lack of content so much as a fundamental change in a percentage of MMO gamers these days. Its become a lifestyle, an extension of some peoples' everyday lives and so of course they will run out way too fast. Unfortunately for them the video game market is designed for making money and casual players like me who slowly pace through content are a long term source of income for them.

    I still see no reason why the devs insist on developing a system to encourage changing classes then do nothing but gate content on a character related level. While I still have a few things yet to do on 2.1 myself there have been times were I would like to run more dungeons and get more gear for some of my classes but can't because the lock out from one job applies to all of them meaning if I want to make any progress I need to wait a week before I can actually to upgrade my classes.

    While I understand the lockouts are a stopgap to prevent people from rushing content I dont see why they cant just apply them on a job related level, E.G if you get a piece of gear from CT as Warrior you can still get a piece for White Mage. While it may make content shorter you need to remember you also have to run the dungeons in the first place so allowing me to run CT 8 times a week or whatever looking for items would give me more content just by allowing me to progress

    Likewise for Myth grinding, you may think allowing each job to get 450 Myth a week is too much and allows you to gear too quickly to do that every week is almost 72 dungeons, or around 50 from daily duties, which is an insane amount for the average player.
