Roulette rewards

I disagree whole heartedly about the seals. I noticed today was tank gets reward for completion of duty or dungeon. I went to queue as tank there was a 20 minute wait. This is extremely excessive. I queued as a healer, and instantly ready. I queued as dps, and it was ready in less than 5 minutes. The rewards need to be spread evenly or removed, as it is not helping to make FFXIV a better place. As far as seals rewarded I find it to be ridiculous that by the time you have earned seals to be corporal, which is.when you may trade gear for seals, and have enough seals to purchase level 30 gear you would already have 4 level 30's or a 50. I know from experience as I have 4 level 30's 2 15's for white mage and warrior. I progressed the storyline to lvl 30 for dungeon unlocks, but have done no other quests. I spent 90% of my time in duty finder. This has landed me a whopping 7000 seals only. This definitely needs to be addressed.
