Let's get SE to make the video, but the whole thing will just be a slide-show of random action scenes with no context and a killed boss at the end.

But really, I too have been really curious about what the ilvl req. means. I have been under the assumption that it's the minimum to complete (where anything below that is impossible), but have some doubts about the party/gear make-up and strategy needed to beat the dungeons/primals with the minimum, so I too would love to get a confirmation or an example from SE if the ilvl value is what I think it is.
