Request for Anti-Social Default Settings for FC and Group Invites

When I'm in-realm I get anywhere from 1 to 3 "run-by" invitations to Free Companies.

I don't want to join a FC; I *especially* don't want to join any FC that sends out invitations to every random unaligned player who happens to walk by.

Most of the time I'm playing solo, and I like it that way.

Would the team entertain the thought of adding, to the User Settings, two toggles -

"Auto-decline all Free Company Invitations" and "Auto-decline all Party Invitations"?

When I didn't have a FC I was having your same problem. I'm sorry, I will never join some random FC, ESPECIALLY if they send an invite without even a word. Maybe not an auto-decline feature... Something more along the lines of them not even being able to invite you at all and giving them the message "This person is not receiving invitations at this time".

Maybe you could set it like you would set your status on a messaging program (for example, online, away, busy, invisible). You can already set your status in the game to a few things like AFK, busy, & in battle. They just need to add something along the lines of 'Solo Play' or something.

I'm pretty sure there is an option under Character Options for just this thing, I'll check and get back to you when servers are up.

I'm in a LS with friends so I don't have trouble doing content, but they're split between two FCs, neither of which particularly appeals to me. I don't want to join a random FC full of people I don't know, especially if said FC spams recruitment messages or, worse, actually mass recruits. I have never, in any MMO, seen a guild full of random recruits do well. There's always drama and majority of members are inactive or outright terrible at the game. I've actually blacklisted all of a FC's officers/leaders from being invite spammed so much. Auto-decline would be a godsend.

If there is, it must be named something obscure because I swear I've combed it multiple times to no avail.

Set your status to busy.
Also, stop being so anti-social.
I'm sure there is a company out there would would love to have you
that wouldn't bother you or ask you to do anything.
Just being one of their members and playing alone like you normally do
would benefit them.

actually yea you can just join a FC and not do anything different. a few people in my FC dont say anything, haven't said anything since joining. if they want to play solo, great. we are all still getting company credits and will help in getting the FC rank up. you can also benefit from the various company actions that can be activated.

I'd be happy with decline once and they can't ask you again for x time, do people think that sending you 5 random FC invites one after the other is going to make you change your mind?

Okay first of all guys, just because he doesn't want to play with random people doesn't make him anti-social or even emo. I played WoW with my brother and a friend and never played with anyone else, never joined a guild or anything. We had tons of fun playing with each other and not random people.
Wadoka, I actually have a great suggestion for you. You should make your own FC and be the only member in it, never invite anyone. You'll never get FC invites again and you wont have random people talking in FC chat (and even if you did, you could turn off FC chat log in your chat log options).
