    Biggest change I think fate needs is more zones per level, even if some don't get used (and some currently don't) It allows parties to wide variety in where to go fate grind and not have to be herded into massive zergs in limited areas.
    Also rewards would be nice, even if its just a chance at "pink" level rewards.
    A system that can decide if a fate is going to be participated on, and reduce the remaining time to 5 minutes, then increase the time back to "normal" if engaged.
    A system that shows the chain a FATE belongs too.
    These are fixes that i think could help the game's FATE system for now.

    We already have this. The playerbase has decided to herd into specific areas and zerg the FATEs there, rather than spreading out, because it's more efficient. That's why Upper/Outer La Noscea, Mor Dohna, the Isle of Umbra, the high level Eastern Thanalan/Coerthas/Southern Thanalan/Western La Noscea/East Shroud/North Shroud FATEs get ignored all the time.
