FC members playing a joke on you

Have your FC members played a joke on you while you were leveling? Like telling you something funny that wasn't true, for example? When I was level 40 I watched a cutscene about Cid remembering his youth and mentioned Gaius being a prick. I told my FC members about the cutscene and they told me that Gaius and Cid were lovers and that they don't want to spoil it any further. I didn't believe it at all at first but then I thought it's a Japanese game so perhaps it is so. And today when I went to Praetorium I expected some romantic cutscenes between the two but didn't happen of-course. I felt so fooled ha ha.

"I heard the cutscene is different" in FC chat. Cue the other 7 of us sat watching the cutscene to see what's different.

I convinced some poor guy awhile back about 4 weeks from launch. I was wearing Ilvl70 gear and I claimed I got it in brayflox. I told him if he stuck to the left wall he'd find a secret passage and by opening it up he'll fight a boss named Nuck Chorris who drops ilvl70 gear.

Convinced our healer that they were ammune to Cad's cleave attack. He died 3 times before he realise we were trolling >_<

I had someone keep getting blown up in Copperbell HM because the tank told him the bombs wouldn't work if they aren't being held once picked up... I laughed at how hard the healer had to work to not have it be a wipe...

Yesterday we were doing Twintania a bit later than usual and our SCH started drinking. As soon as we killed her, his power went out. We noticed it right away and did not open any chests waiting for him to come back in.

He gets in TS using his phone, telling us about his power issues. Will we had to do it...we had to say omfg SCH book dropped! Hurry back in you got 200 secs to roll on dem. The poor thing almost pissed himself and cried at the same time. We told him to go check if any of his neighbours still had power, he goes for few seconds and come back "omg, you guys are not fu**ing around with me are you?" nope we are not, 150 sec left. Decision made, he is going to give us his password to log in and roll on it. At that point, we tell him da truth. Best part, because he was using his phone while his power was out his wife heard both sides of the conversation and could not help herself but to burst out laughing when we told him the truth.

Everyone in TS played along and sounded serious, our pick up random SMN kept telling us how cruel we are in party chat lol. In da end it was a War axe and there is no war in group, typical SE rng.
