I'm currently on Cactuar server static-less and FC-less after -another- FC breakup. I am part of multiple early server-kill groups on Twintania.

I'm looking for a large FC with a core raid spot open for their A team that has twintania on farm status. Beyond that, I'm looking for good people to spend 6-8 hours nightly with.. Personality is a must and drama is unwanted! Willing to transfer for the right group.

I'm on the east coast, and typically game from 6pm-2am. Normal raid times for me usually line up from 7/8pm to 2am EST (latest). I'm on almost nightly.

I'd also love to get involved with people that are technologically saavy, with livestreams and content creation (youtube video production and writing) to do with progression content.

We are server firsts for Twintania and Ifrit. We don't have a set spot open for a paladin on a Twintania farming raid group at the moment, but if you were still interested let me know. We're constantly making new raid groups (Have about 6-7 active at the moment).

Check us out over at www.negativeghostrider.org. We currently have two groups clearing turns 1-4 in about an hour or so each week on Monday and are just about done with a third group that will be doing the same. These groups are able to make their own schedule and are more "casual" in that their primary object is turns 1-4 as quickly as possible and then they are free to progress on Turn 5 at their own pace.

We then have a progression group that is built from eight of our strongest players that is currently very, very close to a Twin kill with our current best being at 7% when we hit enrage (this was using a two-tank strat). This group has high accountability and players can and will be replaced for repeated mistakes during raid time.

We have a very long history of gaming together and most of us are very close. It's hard to sell on "community" but I'd argue you won't find a better community to be a part of than what you'll find here. We're on Mumble together almost every day, for most of the day and I promise you'll be crying with laughter within your first week assuming you are cool with adult conversations, sarcasm, passive-aggressiveness, and merciless trolling.

As for your desire on a "permanent" position, if accepted, you would be in one in the group we are finalizing now. Further, depending on performance and overall demand, we are looking to build a second progression group like the one I mentioned above.

I'd like to thank you for your response. This is something I would consider, but I doubt I would transfer servers for anything less than an A group spot. The video I linked shows me as raid lead for their first twin kills.. I have killed Twin with 3 groups doing their first kills; this isn't to say I wouldn't jump into another teaching role, but to say that I can push you over the top if the skills are there.
