Coil Turn 1 gear missing from inventory.

When I tanked and killed Caduceus with my guild last night, the "Heavy Allagan Flanchard" dropped for us. Since the other tank already had the piece, I was the only one who rolled Need on the item.

However, though I rolled Need, the item is not in my inventory or in my armory. What can I do now? Is there any way for me to get that gear?
