Farming through The Grind aka killing mobs

I wanted to know if there is anything against it if we as gamers grind mobs for hours per day to obtain loot to sell? I used to do this on Aion and was banned for it, Now i have never used any type of 3rd party software and with this in mind i am jamming to loud rock while grinding because it relaxes me and when i was on the other game i sometimes did this for 4 hours nonstop at times.
Also i told them to look at my log because that of a botter would be on nodes and not chilling out killing/ doing emotes/ talking or going afk to grab some cold mountaindew and then coming back because my actions were that of a human player so i want to know does SE get pissy if people enjoy farming rather through mobs or gathering materials? I would like to try doing mining or something but if it can get you banned for enjoying the grind or whatever then i will just lvl alts via fates because i value my account.

Bots are 'very' obvious in this game. Teleporting, invisible (or at least out of view), and acting faster then anyone can reasonably time their abilities.

So long as you aren't botting, there's nothing disallowing grinding, either through combat or gathering. Be aware, though, that combat grinding isn't a very effective way of leveling, just of gaining materials.

that is legal you know. unless you bot then nope its not. other people buy gil which isnt legal either. if your not up to anything funny you have nothing to worry about, i never had a issue in 3 years of this game.

leatherworking & weaver you pretty much have to kill mobs for hours to get the mats, unless you waste all your gil on the MW's.

if you get /tell from someone thinking your a bot answer it back.

lol, ive seen the same bots running around the same place for weeks. se doesnt seem to take action on bots
