Hey, it only took SE 4 months to realize that Warriors didn't need a sluggish wind-up before the actual effect on Overpower, so maybe you'll get your Hallowed Ground fixed too... Around Easter or so. Followed by Holmgang fix, as I've been consistently getting killed after activating it.
Just like Hallowed Ground, it doesn't work on all attacks. Unless you mean the delay, in which case I'm sure Yoshida will say 'working as intended' with that and Hallowed Ground. There's a delay before Benediction and Lustrate hit people too. Yeah, there's painfully long delays on all of the "instant" cast abilities that tend to really count. I've died while popping HG, being lustrated/bene'd, and missed a couple silences when hitting Spirits. While the last it can be argued is easily avoidable, cast bar at 50% for High Voltage, but due to a touch of lag and a touch of "wait for your instant action to take effect" it landed after the last 50% charged.
Somewhere in my head I got this, apparently misguided, impression that instant meant now. Perhaps one day this will be true again.

Its due to it only happening after the animation effect has finished which is silly since it should do the stun/silence etc before the animation.
Problem is, that's what both Hallowed Ground and Holmgang are - ohsh1t buttons. Especially the latter, since it has such a short duration and doesn't really allow any breathing time for healers, unlike HG.Just like Hallowed Ground, it doesn't work on all attacks. I guess SE still has a hard time figuring out what "responsive combat" is.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
