Quest to unlock Miner, "So You Want To Be A Miner" does nothing when accepted.

Same to me, talking to npc named Linette and choosing quest "so you want to be a miner" does nothing.

3. Click on topic named "so you want to be a miner" (gold ! mark next to it)
4. I don't receive quest(same happens if I push topic "nothing") and can't start miner quest-line
