Alliance chat issue

Does anybody know of a way to filter out the status affect that clog up the alliance chat window?
Ex: when somebody uses a buff, everybody sees when it drops off. This can make it difficult to see what others are trying to say, when all the status effects spam the window out.

I checked there, but there is no option to stop the status effects.

I hate this. Someone uses sprint, sprint wears off.

I figure theres a setting for this but I only run it once a week so I havent been bothered changing it.

There's an option in chat filters. I'm not in game to tell you exactly, but it's something like pet effects on others and player effects on others.

Character config > Log window settings > appropriate log window tab > battle > change "You" to "Alliance Member" > Uncheck Crap
