~Seraphim~ We raid on a casual schedule, but do our best to get as much as we can done in the time we are alloted. Our Free Company chat tends to have many "mature" conversations, don't be thin-skinned.

We run 24-man Crystal Tower on Mondays at 6pm.
Group 3 Recruitment (Tues & Wed 7-9pm):
1x DRG or MNK, prefer with some gear

Group 4 Recruitment (Tues & Wed 7-9pm):
1x PLD Tank
1x BRD

Our raiders should be capable of doing the following:
-Generally skilled (doesn't stand in aoe, researches DPS rotations, able to adapt in most situations)
-Independent player
-Interested in maximizing their potential (levels necessary cross-class skills, theorycraft, works towards best in slot gear)
-Stays calm under pressure
-Has enough time to play the game & can commit to a raiding schedule
-ABLE TO USE MUMBLE
