Hey guys lets get a party together for leves, lets make sure everyone has the same leves and are in the correct level range and plan to stay for the whole time...wait how do i type that in the party search tool again?

You could try sending the party leader a tell and ask them what they're doing if their party description isn't specific enough. In the same way a party leader would send you a tell with details of what they were doing if they were in FFXI. The role has been reversed but making a party is not some insanely impossible task.
