I have 8 crafts at 50. All I did was watch T.V. and spam standard for easy mode synths. Enjoy leveling those crafts in 1.19 and beyond everyone!
You could try sending the party leader a tell and ask them what they're doing if their party description isn't specific enough. In the same way a party leader would send you a tell with details of what they were doing if they were in FFXI. The role has been reversed but making a party is not some insanely impossible task.

Just add it to the message box when you open the recruitment window.
I agree that players are resistant to use it, which is their problem.
I'm not a fan of the system either, but it gets the job done.
Current lfp/sea system is not up to par. It has far too few options and is clunky. They said they'll be working on it though, when? not till after 1.18 is all we know.
Since getting my head around it, I love it. Can't see the issue myself.
Only thing it needs is a little streamlining, and the reactivation of /search

There are lots of english shouts for levelink parties on Besaid, especially for Broken Water and ESPECIALLY for Dunesfolk leve.
It's not really hard to find leve link parties on Besaid, most LSs have leve parties every reset, and a good amount (probably 40-50%) of my Behest parties have turned into leve parties in between Behests. On top of all that, there are always random people at Aetherytes looking to do leves.

The biggest problem with the party window is that it doesn't support autotranslate. Adding that and a looking for party flag would go a long way towards making it easier on pickup groups. Of course, leves themselves need to be changed up so that people aren't always just failing the Broken Water 3 and Levinshower or whatever. Also leve names need to be in autotranslate.
"Also leve names need to be in autotranslate." <-- this
Then maybe the Japanese would try grouping with none Japanese players. If anyone is ignorant its them.

When I'm recruiting via the search function or shouting I go to YG and from their site you can copy and paste the guildleve names in JP. I always get NA and JP in my parties. Try it out.

Lets see calling them Japs yeah not smart considering that's a racist taunt dating all the way back to WWII. Lets also not mention the fact that most of the NA playerbase community is extremely rude and ignorant and dead set in there own ways. This of course dates back to the XI days with PK, Botting, RMT, etc. but yes it is totally the Japanese playerbase fault right, no it is a community issue one that would be intangibly fixed with a proper auto translate feature.
