2) Add a vote to disband option which requires all members within the party to agree on so the party is disbanded without any reentry penalty should the whole party decide that there is no point in continuing (lack of suitable gear or not enough time to defeat the last boss etc.)

I think it's funny. You posted a great idea and everyone missed it. Too busy talking about what they think. Now that we have a vote to abandon now, someone must have listened.
