It isn't just CT that this happens on but on all HL Roulette dungeons as well. What would work best for me is if you withdraw twice in 10 minutes (on the pop) you get hit with the 30 min penalty.

I like the idea , something like this would help to solve the issue. But this is too strict.

sometimes ppl have to withdraw for any other reasons.

5 withdraws in an half hour = 15 min penalty
