PS3 locking up... a lot

PS3 is locking up after 2.1 and forcing hard reset.

Happens in instances and in the open world. Happens a lot and seems to be happening more. I do not know how to trigger it but Dragon kick/teleport seems to trigger it.

i'm having the same problem.
i have not been playing because i have to force reset my PS3 every half hour
and keep getting booted out of dungeon runs because i have to restore the file system on PS3 every crash

I got the hard lock as well. I was on unicorn-back, prancing through Thanalan around Black Brush.

It was near JP midnight and I had Duty Roulette actively searching for a duty.

The last action I took was jumping while on Unicorn and it locked right at the point where Unicorn made contact with the ground again.

My PS3 is a model CECH-2501A, using a Dual Shock 3 and a Logitech keyboard connected via USB.

This lockup did not happen again after rebooting.
