Crystal Tower PS3 Lock-Up

Steps:
During the final seconds of the Thanatos fight my Playstation 3 locked up and I was forced to hard restart it. Upon re-entering the game there were 3-5 seconds left on a loot roll and I was unable to select pass. This caused me to receive an item lockout for the dungeon. The first time I considered it bad luck, the second made me think there might be something causing the Playstation 3 (or mine specifically) to lock up in this situation.

In any effect I am now stuck with two pieces of footwear that I did not want and have lost out on rewards from the Crystal Tower for two full weeks.

Proposed solution:
Pass should be an automatic selection if you do nothing. That way this will be prevented from happening in the future. And those who want to Need or Greed may do so as normal. This allows for people who disconnect or have a system lock up to at least continue to challenge the dungeon again even if they missed an item they wanted with a chance of getting it.


Individual requests:
I hope one of the following can be done for me specifically.
1 Remove the two items. Reset the item counter for my character by 2 before the
week is over giving me a chance to possibly obtain replacements.
2 Remove the items and replace them with random Marauder/Warrior useable items
from the Crystal Tower loot tables.
3 Remove the items and replace them with specific Marauder/Warrior useable items
from the Crystal Tower loot tables that I want.

I understand that these things are unlikely to happen. I mostly wanted to bring this issue to light so that others will not be stuck in the future.

I would prefer number 3, then number 2 if not 3, then number 1 if not 3 or 2. I have listed them in the order I think they are likely to occur.

I fully understand that most likely I will receive nothing and the items I did not want will remain.
