True story. The only real way is to drop all 4 chests off the last boss. I don't think that will ever happen, though. Lol.

Nope that probably won't happen and if it did then some people would be queueing for in progress and abandoning new groups. I personally liked the idea of having people lot at each boss chest then get their loot after the last boss. It's similar to having all 4 chests at the last boss but you still have to play through the entire dungeon to get a chance at 4 chests. But people might DC, the alliances can't beat all the bosses, or people might have to leave before the last boss are all problems with this.

It might be interesting if you could loot once and then still get to loot for the rest of the run before getting locked out. People would get at most 4 pieces of gear weekly and likely only 1 or 2 pieces that are useful.

They do that anyway. The only real fix is to start punishing the behaviour instead of trying to design around it. You will never out-think the massive amount of assholes in the douchebag think-tank. Simply start some bannings to set an example and within weeks it will be a non issue.
