This isn't a post to say what u think the game need, or to troll about the game. Only from this list, choose your top 5. I tried to evade things that will come on next updates.

1) More Field maps
2) More Dungeon maps
3) More NMs
4) SP rewards on Quests.
5) More Armors and weapons
6) Linkshell to command retainers
7) Chat channels
8) More quests
9) More Full party quests
10) More lvl50 content
11) Balance Number of Disciples of Magic and Disciples of War
12) Crafting unrelated minigames (cards, racing..)
13) PvP content
14) Linkshell Administration (kicks, adds, LS retainers, LS skills, LS customizable Icons..)
15) Multi-windows interface
16) Addons
17) Fix Party leveling (Enmity, skillchains, kill chains, battle regimen allow to continue fighting)
18) Improve monsters spawns and population
19) Environment interact (jump, swim, fly, dig..)
20) Balance party combats (longer combats with more sp reward)
21) Add Special monsters (not NM) like “Elites” in other games.
22) More client options (hide gear parts, fix sound volume for weather and doors, more chat tabs, chat colors,etc)
23) Allow crafters to destroy items to recover materials
24) Change Markets to don’t need to move inside to get your items
25) Fix disconnects problems (no kick from partys, no losing guildleves or factions..)
26) Wardroves (to show yourself with different gear than your equipment)
27) Random events (Beastmen’s partys routing to fight, dungeon coffers..)
28) Pets system (feed, interact, grown)
29) Allow dye armors after craft
30) More funny NMs (Go out of sight on some unstuneable skills, taking care of ground, moving ..)

1. World/Adventure Redesign
2. More variety of monsters in Eorzea
3. Long and challenging quests to unlock jobs (it should be intense!)
4. Bluemage (Cooler backstory than Xi's if they can do it! Tough to do)
5. Ocassional uninteractive dragons flying through the Eorzea skies

Sorry I have an opinion you dont like or agree with. Delusionism is a nasty habbit. Not to mention just calling someone a troll because you dont agree is just as worse as a troll because you're like "no i dont care, alalal you're a troll and thats it lalala". Cant come up with anything creative just instantly insulting someone and "calling people names".
