My Sorcerer's Crakows removed with patch

Upon logging in today I noticed I had my allagan boots equipped. I had purchased the sorcerer's crakows on 2.1 where they made the boots have different stats. Now, even though I had them equipped last night I now have allagan boots equipped and I can't find the sorcerer's crakows. I have looked everywhere and double checked. They are gone. I put in a ticket, hoping to get my points back since they have the same stats once more. Is this going to take months?
