Fix instant abilities

You know you are going to be in need of the best cooldown you have 2-3 seconds in advance? Do you healers just say they are going to cleric stance? Does the boss tell you he is going to hit you with everything?

Actually, in a good party yes to all those lol.

Boss fights are scripted aside from who the abilities target. 3 seconds is a long time.
