Serious issues with Alliances in CT [Trolling]

Its entirely too easy for full groups of people to sign up and troll.

Just had a full 8 man group from Balmung troll our entire run. Kiting their adds into other parties. Purposely switching out of shield oath and losing hate claiming it was an accident. standing in fire / not killing adds and laughing about it.

This has happened on multiple different runs with different groups. And there is nothing you do but either wipe until the time runs out, or quit and take a 30min penalty.

There needs to be a vote kick - full alliance, for other alliances. If a majority of players from Alliance A and B, want Alliance C gone, they should be able too.

Also, P.S. How do you report an entire alliance worth of people for intentionally griefing other players?

EDIT: Just to clarify, only one of the runs (that I know of) was Balmung, the one that was most recent and the cause of this post.
This has happened on a few different runs with different groups though.
