    Same issue. I've encountered at least six people experiencing the problem since yesterday. I have sent out two separate reports and gotten absolutely no response. I cannot continue the main story quests unless I can finish this one, and I want to get to Titan already.

    I'm also on Hyperion.

    Confirmed bug

    I had the same issue last night when I meet you Bekisa Raijin.
    Still not working now hopefully tonight's Maint will fix it.

    i have the same problem and this big issue main quest so basically we are all stuck. I have also put a GM call and no1 has showed up yet.
