Nearly 3 weeks since an update post on lodestone

My first reaction to this dreadfully long gap between the last post about patch 1.17b on lodestone and now, was that SE is just working their butt off for patch 1.18. Now that it's approaching a month since a new post has been made, not even a peak in the door updating us on how things are, I must say I'm feeling a bit anxious. Regretably, I hope it this notion doesn't appear impatient or demanding in any sense, but rather a query as to what is going on. Checking lodestone on a daily basis and seeing nothing new for 3 weeks can be a painful process, I'm sure many of you know this feeling all too well. Though Bayhone has been quick to respond and give us feedback on the forums, which is great !, and SE had recently started a Q&A for gathering in nature, I don't see why among all these activites going on a nice little post updating us on this tremendously anticpated patch 1.18 can't be done. Anyone else relate ?

In the last letter we were told mid-june at the earliest. As AeraLucis said, there's an update due in a few days which would be around mid-june.
